Reject Message: (W80) CCN Release cannot be related to a consolidated cargo or House Bill.

If you receive the reject IID message, as shown above, that means it is due to the BAD Cargo Control Number.

The cargo control number used is either a masterbill or a master housebill (such as a coload) with house bills underneath it, and releases must occur on those individual house bills.

Solution: If you can change the CC number. Then you have to send a cancel first, then change the CC #, and then send it as an original.

You may need to confirm with the freight forwarder or carrier to get the correct house bill CCN for this shipment.
