Description: The above IID reject message means that the manifest movement type code is wrong.

Reason: The truck, ocean or air eManifest is not flagged as import or inland.  Likely you will need to confirm with the forwarder or the trucking company depending on who filed the emanifest.  If the CCN begins with an 8 - check with the forwarder

Solution: You have to contact the carrier and confirm Emanifest or ACI is flagged as import or inland shipment. Once it is confirmed update it and re-transit the file again.
