IID Reject: (1G6) PGA: Environment Canada. Line Conformity Program Affirmation of Statement Replacement code ME05 or ME06 can only be provided if Affirmation of Statement Conformity selection includes ME01.

The above reject message means that CBSA requires to send conformity ME01 for Replacement Engine Replace Identified.

Solution:

• You have to go to EC and select the Conformity 'Replacement OffRoad Diesel' in the Conformity field (that will set ME01).
• Also, choose OffRoad Mobile Large Spark Ignition Loose in the Class field in Program section.
• And leave the Replacement field blank in the Off-Road Diesel/Large section.

Remaining fields can be filled as per your needs.
