Problem:

A user is attempting to use a function but system says they are not authorized.

Solution:

Someone with admin rights in the system should

1. Check the USER list under TOOLS - USERS
2. Note which security group the user belongs to
3. Check security group under TOOLS - Advanced Security
4. Select the security group
5. Look for a checkmark blocking that function for that security group
6. Keep in mind that all users in that security will share those permissions, so creating a new security group is sometimes advisable
