Problem:

Charge code such as Ocean Freight is being used on Ground or Air files, how do we prevent this?

Solution:

A user with appropriate security rights can limit charge codes only to certain modes of transport

• Go to Tools -> Charges
• Find the charge code and select it
• Click on Add/Edit
• Limit as shown in screenshot
• Then click CLOSE
