Updated Login Process

In a few weeks, we will be rolling out an updated Login screen and process.  The new login process will put the users login credentials in their control.  A company will be able to use 3rd party authentication services, like Google or Outlook365, and will be able to manage the level of security that their users should use, Two factor authentication (2FA), password complexity, or  Passkeys as a few examples.

In order to use the new login process, each user will be required to have their own email address to authenticate with.  In order to help with transitioning to the new login screen, we have created a screen that will allow a user to set their Full Name and Email address, or change it if necessary.

Profile

The profile screen can be accessed by select on the username in the bottom left corner of the application, and selecting Profile from the popup menu.

Enter or update the name and email address of the current user, and click OK to save the updated information.

More information will be provided when we are ready to move users to the new screen and process.
