Problem:

I am unable to recap or print the B3 without providing a port of exit?  We do not always have port of exit yet and need to do this.

Solution:  

Our system follows the CADEX rules set by CBSA.

Vendor state code, zip code, port of exit code, and freight are mandatory if: 

• If the value is over $2,500CAD AND
• The place of export is a U.S. state code OR foreign trade zone (PR, UM, or VI).

In this is the case a port of exit will be required in order to proceed.
