IID PGA Status Color Coding Key:

Step 1:

Go to the Shipment screen with the side Menu:

• Shipments >> Create/Edit.

And start keying the shipment data as usual. Ensure that the ETA Date and Direct Shipment date are completed. By default, when you enter the Direct Shipment date, it selects the ETA date automatically.

Step 2:

Once file # and transaction # are generated, and IID appears at the top right side of the screen, go to CCI and enter as usual.

Step 3:

Continue to key in the CCI Deatils and ensure that Weight/Volume and Count is selected or entered.

Step 4:

Key in products, CCI detail lines as usual. Alsp refer to the IID PGA viewing modes and Status below:

As per this Fisheries shipment, fill out the the CFIA PGA details:

 Environment and Climate PGA:

Fisheries & Ocean PGA:

• Please note you can also use the "Import" option in the above window to import CCIs from a spreadsheet, instead of a manual line by line entry.
• Also the "Unit of Measure" value above can be changed as required

Step 5:

On some shipments, CBSA requires the Customs Brokers and Account Owner information to be provided by the broker.

It is under IID details >> CFIA >> Account Owner

Click on the pencil to add/edit the information.

Step 6:

Once all the CCI lines with their respective PGAs are filled out, on the CCI Detail Entry screen, click on 'Send IID' to send the shipment file to Customs.
