Deleted File/ Shipment can be recovered from the Dashboard screen.

It can be accessed from the Menu:

• Shipments >> Dashboard.

Search for the Transaction # or the File # or the CCN # in the Search box. Once it is loaded select the file and right-click to get the option of restore. Then click on Restore to restore it. It will open a dialog box for confirmation, click on YES to restore.
