Problem:

A file has been cancelled and it needs to be "reopened" so it can be editted again.

Solution:

From the main Freight menu:



1.  On the main screen, select system button → Data Integrity then input code ReopenShipment, click OK. (code is case sensitive).

2. Type the file # you need to re-open and click OK.
