The Technical Commercial Client Unit (TCCU) would like to remind all external clients that since April 1st, 2018 the Single Window Initiative (SWI) mailbox (CBSA.SWI_Support-Soutien_IGU.ASFC@cbsa-asfc.gc.ca) is no longer supported during and after business hours.

Your Integrated Import Declaration (IID) inquiries should be directed to the TCCU.

If you have questions pertaining to an IID transmission, we invite you to look at the Services documents on the TCCU web pages. The Service Document clarifies the services provided by the TCCU during and after business hours, as well as the types of questions which should be referred to other areas, thus saving you a call or time waiting on hold during peak periods.
