The new invoice print template.
The new invoice entry screen.
Configuration is applied at the company level. The Default Profile applies to every invoice unless a branch-specific profile overrides it.
Open the Configuration
Open Configuration.
Select Invoice from the Sections list.
Configure the required options.
Click OK to save.
Main Configuration Properties
Property | Description |
|---|---|
Enabled | Enables the new invoice template logic. When cleared, invoices continue using the existing production template. |
Use New Invoice Screen | Enables the new invoice entry screen and its entry points. This option is temporary and supports the controlled rollout of the new screen. |
Edit Template | Opens the Invoice Template Configuration screen. |
The two options are independent. Enable both to use the complete new invoice experience.
New Invoice Entry Point
When Use New Invoice Screen is enabled:
The existing Invoicing → Create/Edit menu item remains available.
A new Invoicing → Create/Edit (Beta) menu item appears at the end of the Invoicing menu.
Invoice actions started from the Shipment screen use the new invoice screen.
The existing menu item remains available as a fallback during the beta period.
Invoice Template Profiles
Open the profile editor using Edit Template.
Default Profile
The Default Profile controls the invoice appearance for all branches that do not have their own profile.
Branch Profiles
A branch profile overrides the Default Profile for invoices belonging to that branch.
To add one:
Use the Branch finder to select a branch.
Click Add Profile.
Configure the profile.
Click OK to save.
Use Remove Profile to delete the selected branch override. The branch will return to using the Default Profile.
Reset to Defaults
Reset to Defaults restores the currently selected profile to the standard template settings.
Resetting only changes the working copy. Click OK to save the reset values or Cancel to discard them.
